![]() ![]() but how?! Apparently I am doing something wrong. I know you can convert captured images to an ISO. Oscdimg -n -h -bc:\winxp\ c:\winxp\iso c:\winxp\winxp.isoĮRROR: File larger than 4 GB: "\SOURCES\BOOT.WIM" Xcopy c:\winxp\winxp.wim c:\winxp\iso\sources\boot. I had assumed I could use the same instructions for WinPE and apply for a captured image but I'm getting errors.įolder structure is as follows: (basically copied folder structure for WinPE) But I am confused as to how to convert this WIM to a ISO so I can save the captured image on a DVD so I can use that DVD to boot up and install the image on another computer? So now the WIM file is sitting on the WDS server. I created a reference computer and sysprepped it and captured it via WDS (Windows Deployment Services). ![]()
